Meeting of the National Executive Council was hosted by St. Xavier’s College Kolkata from 18th to 19th,July 2023 at Fr. Bruylants Hall. 6 members were present as Fr. Xavier of Kerala failed to come due to heavy rains causing landslides. It was an intense meeting packed with a lot of agenda but at the end all felt satisfied with the outcome.
Outreach program to 5 seminaries in Andhra-Telangana Region. Fr. Vijay Joseph took me to St. John’s Major Seminary where I addressed the 92 Theologians and 10 staff members on 21st evening. Next day we travelled to Nuzvid 300 KMs away where we addressed 24 students of Orientation Seminary, 6 Minor Seminarians and two staff members.. On 23rd we travelled to Eluru 40 KMs away at PINE Minor Seminary, addressing 32 Seminarians and their Vice Rector and I celebrated Mass for them afterwards.
Same afternoon we travelled another 350 KMs. to St. John’s Seminary Kondadaba where we addressed 19 Philosophers next day and returned same night to Hyderabad. It was a hectic tour but very satisfied that we addressed students who will come out as young priests who will share the spirituality of the PWPN/EYM to others.
